Where do we ship ?
Ré/elle Paris is committed to ship all around the world.
What are shipments delays ?
Delivery takes around 5 days in France, 7 in Europe and up to 15 days in the rest of the world.
What are the shipping costs ?
It costs 4,95€ for a Metropolitan France delivery, 12,30€ for European Union and 29€ for the rest of the world.
Shipment if free in France from a 110€ cart !
How can I track my order ?
As soon as your order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm your order with a tracking link. This link can take a few days to activate. Do not hesitate to track your shipment to know the delivery date !
The shipment delay is passed and I still did not receive my order ?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I wan't to return my order :
To return your order, you need to clic here.
If you live in Metropolitan France, or European Union, returns are free of charge. We will send you an email with a return label to stick on your package.
If you live in any other country, you must send it back to us by your own means. Every step will be explained in the email you will receive.
Once we get your return, we will check that the product is undamaged and clean before to pay you back. If the product is damaged or if it has been wore, we will not pay you back.

To exchange your order, you need to clic here and place a new order on our eshop.
What is your return policy ?
You can return, free of charge*, your order with 14 days after you received it. Products you return must me undamaged and clean (thank you in advance for keeping your own undergarment on while trying your order).
*Only for France and countries from European Union
Accessories can never be returned or exchanged.
